- Refund processing may take 7–10 working days.
- Non-Refundable Services
- Visa processing fees
- Discounted or promotional packages
- Last-minute bookings
- Any service marked as non-refundable
- Partial Refund
- If part of a service is used, only unused portions may be considered for refund.
- No Show Policy
- No refunds will be given if the customer fails to travel or use the service without prior notice.
- Payment Disputes
- Customers must contact us first before initiating any chargeback or dispute.
- Unauthorized disputes may lead to service suspension.
- Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (bank, mobile banking, etc.).
