  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting:
    • Service charges
    • Supplier cancellation fees (airlines, hotels, etc.)
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days.
  1. Non-Refundable Services
  • Visa processing fees
  • Discounted or promotional packages
  • Last-minute bookings
  • Any service marked as non-refundable
  1. Partial Refund
  • If part of a service is used, only unused portions may be considered for refund.
  1. No Show Policy
  • No refunds will be given if the customer fails to travel or use the service without prior notice.
  1. Payment Disputes
  • Customers must contact us first before initiating any chargeback or dispute.
  • Unauthorized disputes may lead to service suspension.
  1. Refund Method
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (bank, mobile banking, etc.).
