Misool Travel Guide For Raja Ampat, Indonesia

The island of Misool has some of the most amazing sights in the Raja Ampat archipelago, and because of its remoteness, it’s still kind of a hidden gem in Indonesia. I spent a week in Misool recently and this place has it all: stunning scenery, great snorkeling, heart-shaped lagoons, limestone caves, and even a lake where you can swim with stingless jellyfish. Misool looks like an alien planet! Even though most of the accommodation there is very basic, that keeps the crowds away, and it’s worth it for the experience. This travel guide will explain how to get to Misool, where to stay, and what to see and do there!

10 Day Morocco Itinerary: Marrakesh, Fes, Sahara & Toubkal

Morocco is an amazing place to travel. If you have 10 days in the country, the best way to spend it is by seeing the old cities and traditional markets, plus the Atlas mountains and desert scenery. This itinerary has each of those things. You’ll start at Marrakesh, ride camels in the Sahara Desert, and then see the cities of Fes and Chefchaouen, before ending with an epic hike up Mount Toubkal, the highest mountain in North Africa. It’s closely based on my own 10 day trip, although I streamlined it and made a few improvements based on my recent experiences in the country. In this travel guide, I’ll show you some of the top things to see and do in Morocco!

Maya Bay In Thailand: The Beach Is Open! (Phi Phi Leh)

The beach at Maya Bay is one of the most famous and photogenic places in Thailand, and it’s the main thing responsible for bringing travelers to the Phi Phi islands. In fact, it’s now one of the most famous white sand beaches in the world. Maya Bay is open again for 2025! It was temporarily closed for conservation from August 1 to September 30, 2024, but it reopened for tourists on October 1, so now is a great time to plan a visit! The entire beach is surrounded by tall limestone cliffs, with clear turquoise water, baby sharks swimming around, and sand that’s white as snow. Everything about it looks perfect. Yep, this is paradise! Of course, the beauty of Maya Bay has attracted the tourist hordes, just like any of the amazing places in the world, but if you plan your visit right you can still enjoy the beach without too many people. This travel guide will explain how to visit Maya Bay in Thailand, what to see there, and how to know when it’s open or closed!
